ELLY and
SIGURD
Originally trained as a professional dancer and teacher (Elly) and as corporal actor and director(Sigurd), they were both looking for a deeper connection between mind, health and body.

YOGA
On a regular base they studied all different styles of Yoga in Rishikesh, India. Last time was a 10 week trip with the whole family, having daily practice in meditation, hatha and kriya yoga under the loving guidance of Ramji.

We are honoured being allowed to teach according to Ramjis traditional lineage.

REIKI
In 2008 they both became reiki masters and are official lineage holders in the traditional Usui system.
They received their degree from the wonderfull Shantigee, Sigrid Ruebens, Ma Rikta Deva.

KUNG FU
From 2004 - 2009 we were fortunate to join daily classes with Sifu Mike Martello, an incredible kung fu artist renowned in the whole international kung fu community.
We were thaught Tantui, Tanglang, Bagua, Taichi,Qiqong,...
Mike died, too young, leaving us inspired to pass on his indepth knowledge.

MASSAGE
Besides being Reikimasters and giving intuitive healings, Sigurd became an massage therapist and specialised in basic Thai massage Nuad Bo Rarn in Chang Mai, Thailand.
